"There is no fridge or microwave in the room. On top of that the shower is extremely small, water gets everywhere & the corridor to the room smells terrible. Only plus was the easy check in / contactless check in, parking at the back and the room appeared clean from what I could see."

"Amazing setting/location - i would say a gem of a location!!- very relaxing place -but the room we had was dated - with carpet having spots , couches not friendly for a conversation nor looking at the TV- seemed just not proper configuration of the space usage. "We like the historic nature of this hotel but feel that it needs some TLC. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast in the dining room once. The food was fine, but the floor was dirty under tables and under the sideboard. It had been swept by the evening meal which was very good. Instead, there was a sign to call a phone number and the owners in the next house came over to show us to our rooms then left us. We were the only people in the building until we called again for breakfast the next morning when he came over again to make it. There is no pub as the pictures would suggest. This is a 6 room b&b with owners next door situation not a hotel/motel."
