"Breakfast was great, lots of options and quality food. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was pretty nice and updated. The hotel is old-timey and quirky, just as advertised. Some things seemed a little dated, but I guess it actually kind of fit the vibe of the hotel. The staff were great - helpful and understanding as our flight got delayed and we missed the first night. We didn't try the pool or workout room but they seemed fine. Our room had a nice view of the community garden next door, which was nice. Overall, a great place to stay, and if you like the whole old-time English feel of the place, even better."

"Hotel was very clean and staff extremely helpful. We booked this as an overnight after driving through Shenandoah and it was a great location off of the southern terminus. The pool was nice for our kiddo and the free breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A friend and I stayed at this hotel for overnight while visiting Charlottesville. Location was very good. Close to plenty of stores and eateries. Easy on easy off of major highway. Hotel is clustered with two other hotels so it's a bit tricky getting to this hotel. Clean, safe neighborhood. Well maintained property. Plenty of self parking. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff very personable. Room was very clean. Vinyl flooring. No carpet. AC worked well. Plenty of lights in the room and also plenty of outlets for electronics. Excellent WiFi. Nice sized TV with good channel selection. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Clean linens and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Bed very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very adequate ie waffles, muffins, bagels, juice, yogurt, coffee. Check out very quick and efficient also. This was a very nice hotel. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"This Omni hotel was perfect for a girls weekend. Staff was super nice and helpful, location was perfect for sight seeing and dining and the hotel from lobby to room was beautiful. Highly recommend and we will visit again."

"I did not have a good stay. An accumulation of small inconveniences added up. Climate control unit had some kind of wrapper in the fan and would randomly make noise in the middle of the night. I should have switched rooms. I booked a 1-king and was given a 2-queen room. The complimentary water bottles were not restocked. Nothing was level in the construction. The door to the safe would swing open and bang my shins. The door to the shower would slowly roll open, I stuffed a wash cloth in the wheels to stop it. There was a unique and opposing scent for the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Just pick one and stick with it! The plug for the sink got stuck closed while shaving and had to call maintenance. The wifi was really bad, I could not download episodes on my app for watching on the airplane trip home. The coffee is freeze-dried instant, and not restocked unless asked, every day. If you have to get to the public accessible floor for the parking garage, you still need to use the key card to use the elevator. A pain if you're in a rush of hands are full (i.e. holding hot coffee) The breakfast option is subpar. On my second morning I needed a burrito to go, and they had none in stock. I feel like this trip was the plot of a bad sitcom. The staff were very friendly."
