"Mauvaise insonorisation extérieure et intérieure: bruit de la circulation auro, bruit des douches des chambres voisines. On entend même les discussions des voisins et celles des corridors, claquement des portes.

"I was able to change rooms fortunately due to an issue in hall where my original room was (smelled like chemicals). Rooms were ok. Bathroom very nice. TV did not work properly and never fixed even after I mentioned (it kept lagging). Good location. Easy in, out and around. Restaurant is good. Get the breakfast buffet. Fitness room was above average for the hotel. "

"I highly recommend staying here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was hot while we were staying and they came by on the second day to give us some extra bottles of water and to make sure everything was good. It’s a nice relaxing atmosphere, we all slept great both nights we stayed. I will definitely be booking the cottage again next summer for my trip to Saint John."

"Our first room had mold all throughout the bathroom and a hole in the ceiling with what seemed to be water damage. We changed rooms and the new room was in better shape. The pool downstairs didn't seem to be cleaned and maintained very often. Parking was convenient when it wasn't full.
However, breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice."

"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend.
