"Very run down areas. Front desk staff not helpful. Pool hours very limited. THE ELEVATORS!!!!! They are actually a hazard, let alone nuisance to wait the lengthy lines to ride! Too many times the elevator stopped midway, partially opened, or dropped several flights accidentally, scary stuff! I am so thankful we will not be attending this event again and do not have to worry about ever staying here. "

"The room and hotel was beautiful, my room was supposed to have an ocean view but it didn’t was over looking the street. Very clean and nice hotel. Wasn’t a lot of staff when trying to make a purchase at the desk had to put it back because no one was there to help me. "

"Overall, it was a decent stay. We originally booked a non-smoking room in the Coastal Tower, but the first room we were given very clearly smelled like smoke and even had an ashtray in it. When we went back to the front desk, the employee insisted it was a non-smoking room, but it absolutely smelled like cigarettes. Thankfully, we were moved to a room in the Bay Tower, and that made a big difference. The room was really nice. It had a large jacuzzi tub, a big walk-in shower, and a better view. It felt more updated and comfortable. One thing to note: we stayed for two nights and no one came to clean the room or refresh towels during our stay. We didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign up, so I’m not sure if that’s just standard now or if it was overlooked. The pool area was nice overall. The hot tub was spacious, the pool was clean, and there were activities like cornhole, and volleyball. However, you’re not allowed to bring in outside food or drinks, so you’re stuck paying their prices. There are cabanas you can reserve (which I’m sure are very expensive), but we didn’t look into those. Food and drinks across the property are expensive. 10 wings, a meatball parm and bottle of water at Buddy's was about $50... can soda in the vending machine was $4"

"Room was dirty and not fully stocked with items such as towels, coffee and toilet paper. The staff don't care about anything and act as if you're bothering them. Hotel was extremely outdated and the elevators were a joke. Service in general such as check-in was also tediously slow."

"The view was terrible only could see construction. The only window was over the hot tub. Had climb in just to close to have privacy. The bathroom was way too small. You can open and close the shower while sitting on the toilet. Sink in the bedroom area was rusted. The parking was way too expensive. $25 per night!! Not upscale enough for that price. Best part was it quiet for the most part and clean. "
