As a airline family, both of us have spent a lot of time in hotels and wanted something different for our Bar Harbor stay. Comfortable beds, clean showers and charmng decor greet every visitor. The owner, Chris, is a delightful person and his personality is shown through the employees, decor and all. Oh, let's not forget the breakfasts! ...

We loved the fresh afternoon snacks after coming back from hiking each day and fresh coffee in the morning. We stayed in room #1 and it was the perfect size with a very comfy bed. Would love to stay here again! "

"Location and parking are great. The morning conversations with owner/ staff were wonderful and informative around a royal dining table, with a healthy scruptious home made breakfast. Bed and linens were royal indeed. The 5 to 6 pm wine cheese n crackers were a nice surprise. Loved to feel pampered."
