"My hotel room was actually not cleaned thoroughly. I was too lazy to take pictures and complain about it but there were dried up soap scum and suds round the bathroom sink and bathtub. There were glitters all over the place in the bathroom and in the bathtub and they weren't cleaned up. Hours for the pool and gym should be extended."

"I kept the casino area well maintained, but that we were there for four days and it took them two days to clean our room. We requested their refrigerator for my wife’s medicine and it took three refrigerators to get one that actually worked. They do not have anything open to eat after 6 o’clock none of the restaurants stay open late. I do not believe that we will always ever stay there again."
