"Only issue I had was that my room wasn’t the cleanest, bowel movement in toilet from previous peoples stay, dusty and lots of scuffs on walls which probably depends on the housekeeper specifically. Otherwise everything was great the pool restaurants and casino!!"

"The hotel has a great location and is very clean. My only complaint was the check-in process. I had to wait while the staff prioritized Diamond members, and the line for Diamond members seemed to keep growing. As a result, the wait was longer than expected. Other than that, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met my expectations."

"Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because after we had paid the trip in full. The property required a $600 deposit at check in. So all in all with the $250 resort fee that was $850 that was held on my card. This should be disclosed so people are prepared to pay a big amount like that at check in.
Also if you leave something behind, good luck with the hotel retrieving it. I left my toiletry bag and very expensive things inside of it and I lost it all."

"Great location, but still very quiet and private. Pool is a genuinely relaxing spot - probably the best part of the hotel tbh in terms of facilities. Rooms are big. Housekeeping was random. Some room noise and food smells but otherwise pretty good. Not exactly ultra 5-star as it claims to be, but a solid non-themed, non casino hotel choice on the strip."
