"4 complaints: the pool was cold, there was a birthday party where there were atleast 15 kids running, jumping and screaming we could not enjoy our time at the pool or the patio area, the morning we were leaving a group of employees were standing at the front desk complaining about management not knowing how to schedule properly. There were several cuss words thrown around in that conversation with guests walking by. I think if you are staying at the hotel parking should be free."
