"I absolutely love the Maple Terrace Motel. The rooms are spacious and incredible fresh and clean and the grounds are really beautiful sitting just beneath a gorgeous horse farm and large sweeping willow trees. The views are stunning and especially from the pool area and gorgeous fire pit and chair circle which is such a joy to sit in and observe the horses in the field or beautiful Berkshire sky above. "This nice motel by a lovely creek has great beds (not too hard, not too soft) and quality soaps and shampoos. Breakfast from 8 to 10am includes fresh strawberries and blueberries, oranges, apples, pears, and bananas, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins and toast. Coffee was good plus orange juice and milk were available. And if you are so inclined, fresh baked chip cookies were also available. Service was personal and friendly. "I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy. I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone. "The room was not clean. There were cup circles on the table, indicating it hadn’t even been wiped. There was a fresh stain on the bed spread. The breakfast was ultra low quality. If you are billing yourself as a boutique hotel and charging the highest rates in town, I expect better."

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating to what our needs were for the weekend.
