Cari Kastil di North Bay Village

"Check in was a nightmare. They didn’t take the deposit, person on reception pretended to only speak Spanish, had to mess on through WhatsApp to get code. Door had been kicked in to the apartment, door bangs all the time with the wind. False advertising of NO SWIMMING POOL, pictures show swimming pool, argued every day via WhatsApp about no pool. Plaster coming of walls only painted over, door frames damaged, toaster in disgusting state, mini oven didn’t work, pictures hanging of wall, have...

"It was exactly as described. I only stayed overnight. Staff was nice."

"Air conditioning and staff. Room was okay. Bed was too uncomfortable. Felt pretty old and felt the springs."

The mini bar is basically drinks and a few other items strewn about a desk. There was no backup toilet paper and the toilet clogged. Wasn't very clean either. Last and worst the sheets had a stain."

"Very good"

Tiny hand washing sink inside the room. If you need an iron, you have to go to an iron room on the 7th floor. I will...

"The location is phenomenal. The staff were helpful and pleasant. A lovely jewel in walking distance of restaurants and activities."
