"Friendly staff, and clean room"

"The room was freezing cold and the hotel smelled of disinfectant. I couldn’t have stayed and I don’t expect to be charged "

"No instructions for anything (there was no paper with wifi or other indications,…), we got the room by phone quickly, the room was not the one we choose on internet. No staff. Moreover it was pretty strange, a Little dirt in corners, and There were huge rust spots, the water had a strong smell of metal not to know if it was that it was iron or rusty. Water so not drinkable!! Contrary to what was indicated on the ad, there is nothing to eat. No snack or anything to drink if your arrive late. Not ok at all for a two-star."

"Very noisy. Stairs are old and sound insulation in hallways is poor. Could hear children and adults walking around above my room to all hours of the night . No elevator hence two flights of very noisy stairs . It’s like staying in an old rickety house with no insulation ."
