"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants...

"Well, I wish I could leave zero stars. We never gained access to the property. No one answered and we never received the access code. Had to find another hotel last minute and still no communication from hotel or Hotels.com. We booked this months ago to attend a concert, I tried contacting the hotel in the days leading up to us arriving but no response. Will be requesting a full refund. Avoid!"
