"Upon checkin, manager confirmed our room was clean and inspected. We then found a left over spoon under the bedroom air conditioner, and yellow rag behind the same room’s tv stand/dresser. This is all after the initial must smell of our room. We booked this room expecting the pools and hot tub were functional, except we see both are drained and a City “Closed” sign because of missing parts (not what we paid for). They also over charged us, as they charged us $60 incidentals at check in and then...

"This hotel is not close to the what it presents in its photos. The property is run down and trash is everywhere on the property. We checked in late as the weather was an issu the staff at the front desk was less than welcoming. They seemed to be unpleased to be working. After checking in we we getting ready for bed. My daughter turned down her bed to a gross amount of hair on the pillow and sheets. Their response from the same person at the front desk I can get you clean sheets. I am now...

"This place was the absolute filthiest places I’ve ever been in. Bugs everywhere. The beds were not even clean and there were clothes (socks) left on a shelf from whoever stayed there before. My son and I left and had to find another place. I had paid for the room upfront, and had to fight to get my money back from the foreigners running the place. Stay far away from this place."

"The room was missing a bedside lamp. No kleenex in the holder, the batteries needed to be changed in the TV remote and the elevator never was cleaned. The breakfast was barely edible and the pool was empty. It’s not really close to the airport and I do not in good conscience believe I could recommend this property to anyone"

"The whole property was clean and well maintained. Rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful and all of them were kind. A very nice breakfast in the morning. They have a light dinner and drinks in the evenings, but I didn't make it back in time. They have a pool and hot tub but didn't use those. Front desk workers in the evening were kind and made checking in very easy. We'll stay here again"
