"This is an Inn in a great location if you are looking for somewhere close to the city center but with more of a neighborhood feel. It is on a lovely tree lined main avenue in Brookline with shops and restaurants all within a 7 to 10 minute walk. The green line T runs down the center of the avenue and so getting the T is really easy. "Wish the window ac unit was a little better. We were a little warm at night despite the hightest setting. Other than that...everything else was wonderful."

"My room was great - very charming. Breakfast was good - also a charming dining room to eat in. Two things to be aware of - neither the two porches on the front of the house, nor the backyard are useable for guests. So, while you are in an also charming neighborhood there is nowhere outside to sit and enjoy it. Also, the steps to the room are rather steep."
