"Es wurde auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, aber das sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein, finde ich. Mir persönlich war das Lichtkonzept zu wenig durchdacht. Es war zum Frühstück viel zu hell und strahlend. Ich würde das Licht gedämpfter halten, wenn ich meine Gäste ..."
