"We really loved our stay at Furnas. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, breakfast buffet was excellent (it didn’t vary over the 5 days though), the cabin was great and we made good use of our kitchenette (microwave didn’t work). The pool isn’t heated and the weather gets a bit chilly in certain days but it’s not profound so it wasn’t too bad. The hotel proposed a zip line activity which was a lot of fun. The restaurant was only upon reservation at night (4 or 6 course menu) and quite pricey,...

"We had a lovely stay at Caloura Hotel Resort. The location is quiet, remote, and beautiful—perched on the cliffs with peaceful sea views and lush gardens. It was especially nice to be able to walk down to the ocean through the grounds. The hotel feels very calm and relaxing, but you definitely need a car to get around. We had a ground-floor room overlooking the pool. The room itself was fairly basic but comfortable, and it was great to have a little balcony. The corridor outside had a...

"Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. Love it and would be back again. Thank you, Hotel Vale Verde!"

"This hotel is clean, quiet, and it operates very smoothly, with a very good mix of guests. Emmanuel does a very good job at serving his guests, he is personable and accommodating. Those who book this hotel should be aware that while it is in a residential area, there are touches of the 'country' in the neighborhood. All together, this hotel is well run, reasonably priced, and a good value."
