We had drinks on the terrace, sat in the dinning room at a window that opened onto the canal, and had nightcaps in the library. The woman who was running it was friendly and helpful. "Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge"
