"Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. Highly recommend. Gardens and surrounds are stunning and well maintained. Room 8s beautiful. Pool is nice. Staff are great. Easy walk/ride/tuk tuk to main part of Old Town and the historical park. Loved riding around the area. So much to see and lucky timing to experience sound and light show at park and candlelight procession at Wat Si Chom (right next to hotel grounds). Sukhothai is amazing. "A pleasant and peaceful riverside setting and ideal for visiting the Sri Sachanalai Heritage Park. Be warned that the hotel has no useable bicycles - though it is an easy 15 minute walk to the park where bikes can be rented. This is a very quiet guesthouse - only two other people staying during my weekday visit. The staff speak little English, but very helpful. The food was good. Overall an enjoyable stay."
