"Pond and Piya were exceptional representatives of Marrakesh Hua Hin. Both paid great attention to detail towards us, a couple spending the weekend together at the hotel. Both have a good command of the English language and made us comfortable as customers. The room was impeccable. I was truly impressed in the appearance and quality of the room. "

"My room is on 3 third floor, and when I get in to the room my bedroom is on 4 floor. I am 77 years old I have to climb all day that stairs with bad knees, I already have bad knee, I have to go up and down for 15 day. My knees got really bad. and the cleaning lady didn’t come clean for five day inside is so called condo do not have stoves or microwave. It had one electric tea pot. It had dishes, so I can’t cool or warm up anything. the pillow was so hard and big it hurt my neck so bad I keep going to get a massage. Around of pool it’s had so many steps, in fact one old man trip and falls, I think he broke his wrist . "

"Booked 3 bed rooms villa with pool. It was way too noisy all the times and next to main road. Main restaurant next to beach was closed for renovation and we were not informed at the time of the booking. Will not come back, really disappointing"
