"It's near Dulles and the hotel shuttle can take you, not just to the airport, but to the nearest Washington Metro station. Pretty basic otherwise."

"Hotel is nice and what you would expect at a Hyatt. The shuttle service needs to be better organized. I made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, it seats 12 people. 18-19 people showed up and there was NO questions about who made a reservation. Just people demanding a seat, almost came to blows. Just have a list of who is supposed to be on shuttle at what time."

"Loved the swimming pool, with life guard on site (closed on Mondays). Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast with options of cold and hot. Water dispenser. Address will take you to the middle of the street, it took us a minute to find the place. I wish they offer coffee 24 hrs. Very convenient for families."
