I did go to take a shower and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom like the tub and sinks were not cleaned. I also have never flown into Dulles airport before and the person at the desk was not the most helpful explaining where to go for the hotel shuttle and we ended up missing it and needed to wait until they came back to the airport again. "
