"This is an amazing property. I love the adult pool and the restaurant Blu during the day and of course they have a fabulous beach on the Dead Sea itself. The helpful staff at the beach make sure you get the complete soak, mud, soak and salt scrub treatment - be sure to leave them a tip. At reception we were upgraded to a villa and the staff was so helpful, especially Ivan who seemed to be everywhere. The belly dancer is amazing and simply put gorgeous. This is my favorite hotel on the Dead...

"First time staying at the hotel, the rooms were a great size. They came with a kitchenette which was amazing but then there were signs saying no outside food. Not sure why they would have a kitchen in the room if you can’t use it. The playground and pool were good and the access to the Dead Sea was really close. The staff were all friendly and helpful so I would stay again. "

"The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...

"I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower)."

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."
