Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower! "Il bagno della camera un po’ datato ma eccellente sia il resto della camera con un piccolo balcone, la struttura, la colazione e il personale. Il mare si trova a 30 metri, proprio di fronte. C’è un piccolo parcheggio interno ma comunque il posto si trova facilmente. Consigliato."

"absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. Most don’t or don’t care!...

"This is a lovely Hotel apartment complex right on the beach, close to the restaurants and several supermarkets nearby. The rooms are lovely and kept very clean. The owners are very helpful and will always supply any additional items if you are missing anything. Sunbeds are now 10 Euros for 2 incl umbrella but this is standard across the resort. Bar service to your sunbed on the beach is included. The beach is great and there is a shallow decent into the sea so great for small children. All in...

"The staff was amazing. So helpful! Ana at the front desk and the manager, also Ana, were so nice. They were so helpful in giving us ideas for non-touristy adventures. The food never disappointed. They would sometimes include a theme night, i.e. Mexican, Italian. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Our room didn’t have the greatest view, but it was very quiet. We could never hear the people adjacent to or above us. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Posto davvero tenuto bene, siamo stati accolti da Marianna davvero disponibile solare e simpatica ci ha fatto sentire accolti come se fossimo stati a casa. Ancora Elena davvero disponibile, parlava italiano ed era simpatica, cordiale e anche lei molto familiare. Come dicevo le pulizie in camera potrebbero essere fatte con più attenzione. Piscina e servizi bar eccellenti, per non parlare della colazione “ Fantastica”. Ci ritornerei subito con la mia famiglia per un’altra vacanza. Eccellente !"

"The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse."
