"Room was clean and spacious. Loved that we could walk over to the Gerald Ford museum and then to dinner. We just had an issue with the hot tub. When we turned to jets on, it caused tons of foam to appear. It overflowed the hot tub. So we just sat in it without the jets."

"We stayed one night and the room was clean and the property was minimal with modern flare. The room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast decent. I loved the night light that brighter and dimmed with motion. Close to highway, but no noise. Would stay again when back to Grand Rapids."

"The price was good and even thought it’s a bit older it was clean. The lobby smelled old but was updated and the room didn’t smell so that’s good. The weight rack is missing a bunch of weights but there are a few cardio machines. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good and there was a hot tub also."

"The only downfall was breakfast. Apparently they couldn’t keep up with the people which didn’t make sense because they should’ve known that occupancy. So nothing was out at the same time and constantly had to wait so that was the only thing we had to go out for breakfast unfortunately. Look like a manager behind the counter that should’ve stepped in. Garbage cans were overflowing, but overall it’s a beautiful hotel."

"Unfortunately the restaurant was not open, closed for renovations. The coffee available was not very good and no lids were available so you could not easily take it to go. A pick up bagel or sweet roll or snack of some kind would have been nice to take when we had to leave early in the morning. The staff was lovely. The lady the checked us in was very helpful in finding local food options when the restaurant was closed for renovations."
