Breakfast was decent but if you didn’t go early it was a bit stale at the later hours. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was fairly new. There was a foul smell in the bathroom at times.

Modern Art Hotel rooms with reasonable rates. Very good location near city center. Friendly staff. Breakfast average served in front corridor of 1st floor, no elevator, floors in bathroom, toilet and partially corridor. TV signal was weak.

Hotel was nice and pretty clean, but some furnitures had too much traces of use. I also had problems with the electric window, because it started moving by itself. Staff was really nice and I liked the overall appearance of this hotel.

A little disappointed

Visited this hotel 2 years ago and couldnt fault it, returned this year because of that experience but was a little disappointed as the rooms are looking a little tired now and when we pointed out a few issues these were not dealt with or communicated to us why, or offer of another room. It is situated in a great part of the town and just needs a freshening up to bring it back to the previous standard. Breakfast and service was great .

Wrong parking quote on hotels.com

This was a lovely new hotel. However, as we’re on a road trip a huge criteria for us is parking & any associated cost. On hotels.com website clearly stated was parking costs in rsd. Very cheap. We arrived to find it was intact in euros & ten times more (unsure why they chose € as Serbia clearly has their own currency).The manager refused to honour what was on the website & basically said that we could leave if we didn’t like the parking charge. In terms of customer service that is not great. Sad really as otherwise the hotel was good & friendly receptionist & breakfast host.

This is an excellent small hotel in the very centre of the town. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful and polite. Last but not least, parking is sorted by the staff (although there is a payment to be made).

Great service

We had a nice stay here even though we felt the price was a bit high considering what was offered. The ladies at the reception were all super polite and willing to help with advice and issues that arise during your stay.

Overall good

Helpful staff, but no fan in the toilet, floor tiles on the shower room very outdated! Breakfast could’ve been better. I choose to book a hotel with parking area from the hotels.com, but when we arrived the hotel had no parking area and luckily we managed to find a street parking space nearby. Also thanks to both ladies at the reception, they were friendly and helpful.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Die Zimmer sind sehr laut (man hört sowohl von innen Geräusche als auch von außen). Das Bettlaken war nicht sauber. Kein eigener Parkplatz. Frühstück mager. Das Mobiliar könnte erneuert werden. Frühstücksraum mitten im Flur. Kaffe würde ich eher als Heißgetränk bezeichnen. Mitarbeiter sind jedoch zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
