They moved us to a different room. Horrible beds. I came home from holiday with an aching back. Did advise hotel staff not sure if management is aware. Great hotel crappy beds. "Rooms and shared areas were moderately clean. Curtains in our room were a bit torn up and to get them to close I had to fix up where they hook on to the actual window a bit. Chairs in the room were old and a bit stained. Bathroom was alright. Swimming pool area was clean but pool itself was a bit dingy not horrible. Front desk ran out of towels for the swimming pool so we couldn’t get any. We have a four year old and there wasn’t really anything on the room service menu for a kid which is fine...

"My husband said thank God I was too sick to attend the event we were going to. He was there by himself. the room stunk and had mosquitoes. When he mentioned it they gave him the air freshener and bug spray to do it himself. ! The key didn't work and the response was they were having issues and had to get new locks. "I was greatly surprised at nice it was. I was expecting just a standard motel, but the room was all upgraded renovated with a modern feel. Staff was very friendly. About the only negative thing I can say was that the air conditioner was a little too loud. Can really beat this very nice stay for the extremely affordable price."
