Good value for your money
We booked 2 nights at the hotel, the personal was nice but was very hard to communicate with, the room was big and nice and the breakfast was simple but good.
The hotel was very modern, but located away from the busy commercial area of Ninh Binh. Thus it was very quiet at night.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering help with transport and bookings for the many attractions and activities surrounding Ninh Binh.
This is a very nice, very clean hotel. The hotel room is spacious. There is not anything to do in a walkable area around the hotel, one must either rent a bike, a motorcycle, or take a taxi. Language barrier was difficult, almost no English spoken. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay and as a base for exploring the rest of the city and surrounding countryside on a motor scooter.
This is a family-run hotel a bit outside the main centre. They are SO PROUD of their hotel and try very hard to ensure you enjoy your stay, and you can do nothing more than smile and wish them luck in their endeavour. The rooms are gigantic and have all the conveniences of a Western hotel. The area is quiet, and the (very low) taxi fares you'll pay to get back to the main area of town are well-worth the quiet you'll enjoy in this area. You can also walk (35-40 minutes) to the main area of town. All in all, I would absolutely stay again.
It is a modern hotel with friendly staff. Everything was clean and housekeeping was well kept. It was not in the city center however it was about a 7 minute grab ride. The staff were very accomodating and made very helpful suggestions while we were staying. In particular there was one staff member who was not fluent in English but was always ready to help us in the morning. Not sure what his name is but he was always at the front desk in the mornings. The breakfast was also a bonus - amazing Vietnamese food.

There weren’t many guests when we stayed here and the property appears to be family owned and run. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and we blindly walked into the back which looked like someone’s home kitchen. No one spoke English there and they all looked at us blankly like we walked into their home 😆 They called out to someone we are assuming is their son upstairs to help us check in. The son seemed reluctant to deal with hotel guests, however he was still polite. The hotel room is spacious and clean, and includes air conditioning. However, there is no ac in the lobby areas, and the lights are always turned off. If you leave your room and go downstairs, you need to feel for the lights to turn them on, on your way down. We are assuming they are conserving energy.
The hotel provides a delicious breakfast and at first when we asked if they had a shuttle to the train station they said they didn’t, but seemed to have a change of heart and called out their son to drive us. On our way there, the rain quickly turned to thunderstorm and we were so grateful for the ride. We tried to offer them money for the ride, but they wouldn’t take it.
In the beginning, we were unsure about the hotel and service here, but we think they usually host local travelers and rarely guests that don’t speak Vietnamese. We realize this is a small town compared to Hanoi and this family run hotel is doing their best and conserving energy when they can 😄
Lovely clean hotel owned by a wonderful kind family. Very accommodating and could not have been more helpful. They let us check out really late for free, helped us organise taxis and even walked us to the nearest supermarket so we could get some snacks for our night train.
Breakfast was great too - lots of food, all cooked fresh.
Would highly recommend.
Our stay was very good. The location is a bit in the outer part of the city, no place to walk to for dinner. But cab fare is only a couple dollars. Extremely helpful.
I had a great stay here! I showed up wet and cold from riding all day and they were so kind to get me some coffee and a snack and after a bit they even offered to cook me up some food I could eat after I showered. Stay here you won’t regret it.
It is a nice, modern hotel in Ninh Binh. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean and had a sufficient number of towels. It is a family hotel where the staff and owners are very pleasant and helpful. Staying at the hotel was a great experience. We had a local specialty and very good coffee for breakfast. If we visit Ninh Binh in the future, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
We arrived very late around 1am but someone was there to greet us and hand over the room key without making us go through the check in process. Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast which was pho that morning was very good! The room itself was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues at all.
Was very strange to stay in Ninh Binh- it has a fresh market and didnt fibd anything else. 90 dong taxi to Tam coc for the attractions.
The property was fine but just in the moddle of nowhere. I walked a lot and watched provance life

Ok
They gave us the wrong room & the son of the owner would not accept that, became rather loud & annoying. Changed us to the right room when we started to leave the premises.
TV was snowy. Bed super comfortable. No choices for breakfast, just pho, no coffee.
Not bad people but I felt their hospitality was phoney & contrived which made me feel uncimfortable especually when they hovered around our table. Perhaps because we were the only guests there & possibly they're out of practice.
Overall I'd like to say that this was the most amazing stay in any hotel I've been at. The friendliness and support from the owners (a family-run hotel) is nothing short of stellar, and beats all hotels I've stayed at by a mile (both in Vietnam and Sweden).
Early check-in? No problem. Late checkout? No problem. Hungry? They cooked food for us. Dirty clothes? They cleaned our laundry. Worried about the sun? They borrowed us a sun umbrella. Need to go somewhere? They called a taxi and instructed them to give us fair prices. Want to have more flexibility in going places? They borrowed us a scooter.
The next time I visit Ninh Binh, this will be my first choice of hotel to stay at.
