Le personnel est vraiment adorable et arrangeant bien qu’il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et de français. En revanche, je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel dans un si piteux état. Les photos de l’hotel Ne sont pas conformes à la réalité: pas d’électricité dans les couloirs, état des murs vétustes et sales, frigo moisi et mouches mortes à l’interieur. La literie est inconfortable (matelas très dur) La salle de bains est sale et mal adaptée. Le linge (serviettes et draps de lits) ne sont pas propres. Ils y avait des taches. Forte odeur d’humidité. Pour résumer extrement choqué que expédia ne régularise pas régulièrement les photos de ses hôtels partenaires.

Pas très bon emplacement
Hotel manquant d'entretien, maison familiale mais pas de relation avec le client . Le ménage laisse à désirer (toile d'araignée, cheveux dans la salle de bain , drap troué ...). Nous avons remarqué qu'a chaque fois que nous sortions, les propriétaires rentraient dans la chambre éteindre la climatisation ou si nous avions la fenêtre ouverte elle était fermé à notre retour.

This hotel has not updated their details. We arrived late at night by train-purely booking this place as it was 100m from the train station. Wrong. The hotel is now 1KM from the train station as the station moved two years ago. The description also states 24 hour check in. Wrong. We were greeted by metal shutters and a annoyed owner. The description also states the staff speak English. Wrong! We didn't feel welcome here and the rooms were dated, dusty and uncomfortable.

Please do not stay @ Cahn Dieu Hotel. So dirty, mouldy, smelly, hardest bed. Poke for 2 nights, we only stayed one.

Nous sommes arrivés et directement le patron a été très gentil et nous a proposé son aide pour les visites du lendemain... il nous a accompagné et nous a proposé une vraiment belle journee ... son épouse et lui sont vraiment d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande serviabilité vraiment c'était vraiment super!

This hotel was not the best hotel. The staff were nice but the hotel was not that great. I know that it was on the cheaper end of hotels in this area but it was kinda terrible. My room was literally 10 feet from the train tracks and the train runs at night. The bed wasn't comfortable and was really hard. The room was run down but I was ok with that. The staff were nice and went out of their way but I feel that your money could be better spent elsewhere.

Perfect for a one night stay
Hotel owner was wonderful and friendly. Provided us with a free breakfast even though it wasn't advertised. Owner knew the local are and gave great directions. Hotel was perfect for the price, we just wanted a cheap one nighter so we could get up early for the boat ride. Be aware there are train tracks nearby bUT the trains did not blow their horns after 11 and the trains are only 5-6 cars long so they go past quickly. Good location.

Le couple de gérants est complètement perdu. Ils sont sympas mais ne connaissent aucun mot d'anglais ou de français. Ils savent rien faire dans leurs hotel... Ni réserver des transports ou activités, ni s'occuper du petit déjeuné, ni faire fonctionner la machine à carte bancaire, etc Cette hotel etait une vrai blague ! Il y a parfois un réceptionniste qui parle anglais et qui sait gérer les réservations de transports et heuresement qu'il est la !

Hôtel crasseux !! Les chambres sont sales. Nous avions une salle de bains minuscule, moins de 3 m2 ! La douche était entre le WC et le lavabo mais tellement serrée que tout était trempé a chaque fois !!! Hôtel nul.

Dirty and damp - avoid!!
The first room we checked in to was very damp and had mouse droppings on the bed. We asked to move rooms and although the second room was not damp the bedside cabinet was full of mouse droppings and cockroaches. We ended up changing to a new hotel altogether as we were not happy to stay here. I would highly recommend The Vancouver Hotel instead, definitely worth the extra money!!

Good, but inaccurate listing
This is a nice, family run hotel with friendly and straight-forwards staff. Breakfast is nice. We rented a scooter from the hotel, and they were very helpful with ideas for what to do. The advert is misleading - the mattress is far from memory foam, there was no mini-bar, the tv was not HD, etc. The hotel was still worth the money, but I think the listing should be changed to make it accurate.

Personnel gentil, petits déjeuners excellents, chauffage dans la chambre s'il fait froid (rare au Viêtnam). Près de la gare et de la station de bus. Le train passe derrière l'hôtel mais n'est pas dérangeant de nuit. Ascenseur. De bons restaurants à quelques pas et de belles activités à faire à environ 20-25 km.

I cannot recommend! Even though the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, my room was not clean. Additionally, the neighbourhood is not appealing. I cannot recommend the hotel!

No 24 hr front desk
Well, we never actually stayed here. I chose this hotel because it specifically advertises a 24 hr front desk and close proximity to the bus stop. I would have contacted them beforehand to let them know our bus was dropping us off at 5am, but no email is provided for this hotel. After searching for this hotel in the dark for nearly an hour, we arrived to a very locked front door. We rang the doorbell for 30 minutes before we had to leave an find a different hotel. So if you are arriving late night/early morning like we did, do NOT BOOK here.

Leider nicht zu empfehen. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Beide mit Schimmel an der Decke im Zimmer und am Ventilator im Bad. Klima defekt (wohl auch besser, denn wäre bestimmet auch Schimmel zu erwarten). Fenster nach außen nicht zu öffnen und sonst zum Flur. Dusche kleckerte vor sich hin.

Pros: good breakfast in the morning; very helpful at front desk; 2 free bottles of water upon departure Cons: We found mouse scat on the nightstand table and behind the bed a few hours after our arrival to our room. The front desk quickly changed our room and it appeared to be an upgraded room with more space and light. But, overall we did not feel comfortable in the hotel. We proceeded to find mouse scat near the stairwells; there was layers of dust in the rooms; the bathroom in both rooms did not feel clean. The hotel feels very old and like the owners do not care to maintain it. We could not wait to leave. The neighborhood is not ideal...the only options for food nearby are local street food places where no one speaks English and they all seem to close early - so bring your google translate!

옛날 기차역 뒷편에 위치. 위치는 좋으나 기차역 뒤쪽이라 앞쪽보다는 조금 불편할 수 있겠네요. 시설은 좋지는 않습니다. 오래되고 따뜻한 물은 잘 나오지만 화장실 자체는 좁고 불편한 점이 있네요. 근데 가격 대비 생각해보면 괜찮습니다. 다음날 체크아웃하고 닌빈짱안 다녀와서 밤기차 타야되는데 덥고 땀 엄청나서 얼마정도 내고서라도 샤워할 수있는지 물어봤는데 그냥 무료로 빈방에서 샤워할 수 있게 해줬습니다. 직원들도 친절했구요. 조식은 메뉴중에 고르는건데 베이컨과 계란선택했는데 양이 넘 작아서 별로였지만 음료로 커피주문하면 바로 내린 쓰어다 마실수 있어서 좋았습니다. 저렴하게 하루묵기에 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

部屋は広くて気持ちがいい。 ただ温水が、タンクで温める方式で、これが漏電して、シャワーのお湯、シャワーヘッド、ドアノブなどビリビリきて危なかった。いったん温めたあと、ブレーカーを切ってからシャワーを使用したが、かなり危険。 スタッフは英語を話し、いろいろ親切に対応してくれた。 自転車をレンタルしたが、１日５万ドンでした。（タイヤは丸坊主、ブレーキは金切り声を上げていましたが）

Great hotel
The hotel is family run but all staff is very friendly and professional. They speak good English and have good advice on local sights and tours. They also offer cooking classes in the breakfast area for $5. The free breakfast is very yummy, make sure you try one of their noodle soups for breakfast. You can rent motorbikes for $6 a day, which is the best way to see all sights Ninh Binh has to offer. Our room was spacious and as shown on the picture. Unfortunetely it smelled a bit humid, but there was a big window. The room was towards the railway station and there is quite a few trains comming through and they always sound their horn twice when they leave which is quite loud and can wake you up in the night. Even with closed windows. We enjoyed our stay in the Canh Dieu Hotel and recommend it.

Onze kamer was klein, de badkamer rook niet erg fris en het hotel zat direct aan het spoor. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en deed erg zijn best om het ons naar onze zin te maken. Hijzelf sprak goed engels, maar zijn ouders die daar hielpen spraken geen woord engels. We kregen onverwacht een zeer goede cocktail als welkomst drankje en regelmatig een fles water en na het uitchecken een gratig lift naar het station. Achteraf hadden we beter een hotel in tam coc kunnen vinden omdat we ninh binh een veel te ruim opgezette en ongezellige stad vonden, waar weinig te doen is. An sich is het hotel ok voor één of twee nachten, zeker gezien de prijs, Met een motorbike hebben we de omgeving bekeken. Een enorme tempel, een oude koningsstad/paleis, een tocht door de jungle en een roeiboottocht bij trang an, dit laatste is echt een aanrader.

Family owned hotel, the son and the daughter were very helpful, they provided us with all the info we needed and helped us book what ever we needed. Breakfest was good you could order what ever you wanted from the menu.They let us keep our room and didn't charge us since we were taking a late bus, that was very nice. Over all we had a good stay. Only negative thing was that the beds were a bit hard but after 2 weeks of travaling in Vietnam most beds are very hard.

We spent two great nights there, its close to the city centre without being too busy. On a calm street, we barely heard the train. The rented us bikes and when we were gonna leave they gave us a ride to the train station free of charge. Breakfast was good as well. I would stay there again.

proche de la gare, le train passe à côté de façon régulière et klaxon souvent... le jeune gérant est très serviable et très gentil, bouteille d'eau a l'arrivée et à notre départ. Le lit est très dur on sent bien les ressors. L'hôtel est proche de la gare pratique pour acheter des billets pour hué.

The staff are very helpful and attentive. A late room was provided free of charge when we had a late bus pick up. Scooters for hire at $6 a day were great. The hotel is in need of modernisation and refurbishment. Wet room for shower is common in Vietnam but not convenient. Breakfasts were adequate at best.

静かな田舎町？の、清潔なこじんまりホテル
フロントの若い２０代の男性の方は、とても親切・丁重で、バイクタクシーの手配や料金設定などもテキパキ進めてくれてよかった。また、チェックアウトの日、朝食の食欲がなかったら、サンドイッチを作って持たせてくれた。もう一人の３０～４０代くらいの男性も親切でした（ただしこちらの方は英語が通じないが、バスターミナルには自動車で送ってくれ、バスまで乗せてくれた）。部屋は清潔で、バスタブがなかったのがちょっと寂しかったが、料金的にまあ仕方がないかなというところ。　周辺エリアは繁華街から少し離れていて（５～８分）、夜はかなり暗いのと（もちろん街灯はありますが）、食べ物屋がすぐ近くにはないところ（小さな雑貨店はいくつかあります）が少し不便かも（わたしはそれほど苦痛ではありませんが）。また、ホテルはニンビン駅の近くで、線路もすぐ近くを通っています（窓から見える）。夜は、駅のアナウンスの声が遠くから聞こえてくるのと、夜中に夜行列車が２,３回通り、警笛を鳴らすのが聞こえます。これを、うるさいととるか、情緒があってなかなか良いと取るかは、人それぞれ（私はピーという汽笛の音で目が覚め、ガタゴトという列車の音を聞きながら、すぐにまた眠ってしまいましたが、なかなか良かった）。　　田舎町で静かに宿泊するにはよいホテルではないかと思います。

Das Canh Dieu Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs auf der Ostseite von Ninh Binh gelegen. Der abendliche Rückweg von Restaurants im Zentrum nahe dem Bahnhof zum Hotel ist recht dunkel und daher etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Durchfahrt der Züge in der Nacht beim nahe gelegenen Bahnübergang mit dem Gehupe stärker als ein Sirenenalarm kann einen schon aus dem Schlafe reissen. Der freundliche Service durch den Geschäftsführer/Inhaber des Hotels entschädigt jedoch diese Unannehmlichkeiten bei weitem. Das Morgenessen ist dem günstigen Zimmer-Preis entsprechend korrekt. Wenn noch, wie bei uns geschehen, während unseres Aufenthalts in der Hoteliers-Familie eine Hochzeit in einem Zelt vor dem Hotel angesagt ist, entschädigen diese selbstverstädlich gewährten Einblicke in vietnamesisches Familienleben kleinere Mängel im Zimmer oder Bad allemal.
