"Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Property could use a major renovation, but worked out well. Short walk to the Brown County Music Center. Air conditioner/heater functioned well enough, but was loud when the A/C compressor engaged. No bar or restaurant at the property, but there are lots of options nearby. The IGA (grocery) is across the parking lot and they had some hot food options for carry out. They also had a LOUD semi arrive EARLY Saturday morning. I suspect that the odd number rooms wouldn’t be as exposed to street noise."

"The front desk lady was overwhelmed. Our payment to the hotel went through hotels.com. My wife forgot her credit card and was told she could use Apple Pay. My wife asked for assistance but was rudely instructed by the front desk attendant to get out of line and figure it out. My wife had our 4 young children with her and needed assistance. It was apparent that the lady was only interested in getting people checked in. "

"The room was clean, but the property is run down. The mattress on both beds in our room was wore out 10 years ago. We sunk down in the middle all the way to the box springs. It was like climbing a hill to get out of bed. The carpet in the main room if the sweet was worn so badly that there was a hole where you could see the backing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"
