"Great hotel! Great staff and restaurant attached to it “Meenakshi cafe” has one of the best food!! And Meenakshi mandir is just right outside this hotel. If you are coming to Madurai and planning to visit Meenakshi temple, would definitely recommend to stay here! "

"Decent room - first day bathroom wasnt cleaned well. No instructions on how to get hot water. Asked staff to bring me laundry details twice and got nothing from them. Lot of mosquitoes in this area. "

"They put me in the old building in a very run down room...not matching your photos...and very noisy near front on main road....they changed room but stayed in old building of astoria hotel with less noise but still a run down room and bathroom, as the new hotel building is across the street..."

"Bathroom size should be much bigger. Towels and water should be unlimited complimentary. Staff need to be more proactive thought their provided services are very good"

"while the place looks quite OK, the accessibility to town without own transport is a challenge, the rooms are pretty normal for any Indian from a traditional village probably aimed at tourist from outside India. There is a high tea on site every day the staff are enthusiastic to meet you on the first day but if they see you again the next day they don't even approach to meet you, the oil in the food did definitely cause some problem to my stomach .pretty normal hotel but with big price tag"
