"Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, wifi is super fast and room is clean. Location is incredible. Breakfast is delicious and health. The best part is staff service from parking to check-in to rooms are so convenient and fast. Dinner on water front is also very delicious. We had a great time and slept soundly and would come back again. Thank YOU!!!"

"The hotel is a center location of Perast. It is eye catching building beautiful and the view of mountains and sea was amazing ! The room was spotless, smells nice, bed is comfortable, toiletries were bvlgari brands, they clean the room everyday and changed the towels. Complimentary drinks in the rooms from water to small bottles of whisky and wines. Staff were brilliant from reception to the housekeeping everyone was so nice and professional. The breakfast was ok lots of options but limited with hot menu options. The spa was spotless even the smells nice. The value for 5 star was a top notch. Totally recommend the hotel."

Ample parking available in front of hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is great and very quiet at night. We had a very restful night after touring the old town. "Staff was super friendly at both check in and departure. Room was very quiet and the AC worked well. You can walk to the old town in about 18 minutes and it is a nice walk along the waterfront. Pricing was very reasonable, even on the mini bar items."

"I loved my room. It had a view of à courtyard and church steeple. It felt like an old room but very new. The hotel was great especially the waterfront deck. I did have a slight ant problem from the window being open."

"Great hotel with amazing sea view and private beach area. Great place for a couple romantic getaway! Good selection of breakfast and very helpful staffs especially Wai Wai and the manager (forgot his name). Gym is well equipped but have not used the spa though. The only negative point is limited car parking space and has to pay (I think it is standard in Europe). However, you can park free at nearby the residential parking area. Alternatively, you can park around the hotel lobby space but need to give your car key at the reception so that they can move if your car is blocking. "

However, the condition of the room was extremely poor, the A.C. was disconnected, the shower cubicle drain was blocked, cold water doesn’t run from the sink when the geyser is turned on, there was a terrible stench, and mould was visible around the ceiling lights. Overall - worst"
