"子連れで友人家族と一緒に宿泊しました。おしゃれで清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができました。和室の布団がマットレスだったのもありがたかったです。強いて言えば、・専用駐車場に行くまでの道が細く、見つけづらい。大きい車は駐車が大変かもしれない。・宿泊した日がたまたま雪の日で、暖房をつけても家全体が寒かった。（ガスストーブは暖かかった）・階段が急だが手すりがないので、上がるのがちょっと怖い。"

"Sato san was very helpful and spoke good English. He explained to me everything clearly. I don't know why this is called a "premium" hotel as dining was limited to 90 minutes, but at the other hotel, which was not a premium, I did not have a time limit. Food was similar to the other non-premium hotels, except that their breakfast menu had slightly fewer variety. Their dinner and free refreshments include alcohol. What I loved about this ryokan is the onsen - they have different pools of onsen which was excellent. And the rooms are huge and newly renovated. I had a good view of the stream too. That was nice. What I did not like - the parking is not really on site. It is next to the hotel."

"Room was clean and tidy with lots available for travellers. Tooth brushes razors and such. Robes and towels in the room. The staff was always very helpful and curtious, more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate within reason. Although booking through Expedia gave me a good rate on the room, breakfast was an additional 2500 yen per morning of use. That being said the breakfast was very good and worth the amount and then some."

"見た目より中は思ったほど古い感じはなく、部屋からの景色も癒されました。少し部屋の風呂が下水臭かったのと蛇口の赤い方が温水になるのにとても時間がかかったのが残念です。宿が大きいからでしょうが、朝食・夕食ともに二部制だったのですが、30分単位で入れをずらすなどで混雑緩和してくれるとうれしいです。またぜひゆっくりしに行きたいです。"
