Excellent rooms, refreshing pool, and nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What really sets the place apart are it's people who consistently went above and beyond. Amazing stay and we will be back!"

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. From check in to check out experience is excellent. Everyone is so warm, helpful and accommodating. From the receptionists especially Greece who is always very helpful, to the restaurant staff like Toci who is very accommodating during breakfast buffet the housekeeping ladies including the night security. They are all an asset to this hotel in keeping the highest standard. The hotel location is very convenient with everything. We will definitely coming back into this hotel. You guys were all amazing. "One night stay before flying out so directly over the road from the terminal was a great choice. Used the pool area which was great. Breakfast was ok. Good parking garage area. Hotel was new and modern, but did appear to need a few bits of maintenance, ie Pool area toilets and shower. Overall good value given it's location."

Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort of this caliber."

"Older hotel w/broken shower knob to utilize "rain shower". Air conditioning no work, linens old & no food on the premises, except breakfast. No screens on windows to allow for air flow. No assist from staff, seemed annoyed them when asking questions. Sent across the street for food. Thank goodness hotel in walking distance to airport! No shuttle & taxi 10e to go 2-blocks. Suggest you stay at the Best Western."

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel for my birthday. My room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were engaging and pleasant. I was pleased to receive a cake and wine for my birthday. It was soo sweet. I like that the hotel was in proximity of a small market, ice cream shop and the ocean. People were able to walk around and enjoy the amazing weather and visit the local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again."
