Kingsmills Hotel

Kingsmills Hotel

8/10 Good
"Weโ€™ve stayed at Kingsmill a number of times before and have always had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are consistently tidy and clean, and the bathrooms are immaculate. That said, the bedrooms themselves could probably do with a little freshening up, and we were surprised that there were no fridges in the rooms, which seems unusual for a hotel of this standard. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was really enjoyable, with a great choice of both cooked and continental options. The pool and leisure facilities were the one area where we felt slightly let down. While the pool, sauna and steam room are all perfectly adequate, the facilities as a whole feel like they could do with some updating. In particular, the changing rooms are looking rather tired and would definitely benefit from a complete revamp. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would happily return, but the leisure facilities and bedrooms could use some investment to bring them up to the standard we would expect from the hotel."
