"We did not like the self check in machines, there were 3 staff members who just sat there doing nothing, while we did their work, including making our own key cards! The duvet was soiled, it had 2 very large stains on it (fortunately, it was hot so we only used the cover which was clean). The hotel only provided 1 bathrobe and when we asked, they said they didn't have a 2nd available. The parking was an additional 10 euro fee per day, which was not noted when we booked. There should be a handrail in the WC since the toilet was very very low. The fridge in the room did not work/was not cold. There was a very good lock up for our bikes, but it was very small for the number of bikes that were there."

"Very cool place, a hotel in the old building of the sailors' school. The building breathes nautical history, yet it has all the modern elements you'd expect from a hotel. We loved this place !"

"Lovely clean hotel & rooms. Booked a 2-bed apartment, which had all the amenities you could need with relaxing lounge area. Breakfast had both hot & cold options extra touches of alternative milk options & multiple juice options. Would definitely return. "

"Really liked the breakfast buffet with all kind of local treats, fresh bread, jam and all kind of fruit. Friendly staff (They are foreigners but do speak Dutch), restaurant do have de decent choice of menus to choose from. Nice and quite place next to glider plane airport which is a stretch of grass. Hotel does have a possibility to rent, E-Bikes, Fatbikes or even a small car. Will defintely go back again, behind this hotel probably 300mtr. further is another Fletcher Hotel with Spa, have been there before and is little bit more recent, didnยดt visit the Spa but they say itยดs worth to do, so maybe next time."

"From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly The boy on reception was very good ftom the booking in to information that we needed. First evening we ate in the restaurant, all the staff were excellent, the food was very good, and i would say reasonably priced. Following morning we went for breakfast, the buffet was plentiful with good choices. We had to wait a moment for a table but the ladies soon had one emptied and cleaned. Definitely look to visit in the future. "
