"Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."

"The location is ideal for anyone wanting to see the sights in Copenhagen. It has easy access to buses and trains. Many tourist locations are within easy walking distance. The staff were awesome and very helpful. The building is older but we'll kept up and our room was very comfortable. "

"Walkable to everything I wanted to see: Nyhavn canal, Christiana, Stroget, the botanical garden and castle and the market at Torvehallerne. Dining all around. 3 Michelin restaurants within blocks. I however preferred Joe the Juice 2 blocks away for great sandwiches and coffee. The hotel is modern and the room, a module. All the basics are there and it's clean. Many business people seem to stay here. Breakfast buffet is ok but it's a madhouse. Staff is nice. "
