"Convenient location; breakfast was excellent; the hotel was just renovated and room size is generous. The staff serving the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Bed linens and bed sheets have very good quality. From all of these aspects, I gave my stay 5 stars.
However, I was not satisfied with the reception when we first arrived. We were assigned a bad room with smaller size and poor view of balcony even though there were more better rooms available. From this aspect, I gave my stay 4 stars to...

"There was a renovation at the hotel right outside of our room which was loud and the gym was also closed. This was not this close to us prior to booking.
Breakfast was okay but overall the hotel was not well maintained. We had to ask for iron and kettle and when arrived they were both damaged or broken."
