We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious.
Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten.
The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication.
Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges.
Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted.
Long waits for buggies.
The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra.
Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.
