Hotels in Ngara, Nairobi

"The room was good for the price. Amazing food at the restaurant inside the property. Make sure you ask for superior rooms. "

"Reasonable prices, clean comfortable rooms, nice restaurant, friendly staff!"

"You scammed me my money. I paid for a room twice. Pathetic."

"Great"

"It's a good place for my future plans."

"Le manque d'eau et le prix ne conviennent pas au standing de l'hôtel. C'est très cher"

"Very nice place, walkable to CBD and Westlands."

"The Hotel was clean with good food and handy in that it has a bar and restaurant in the same premises, with Pool table and dancing floor. The staff could be a lot more customer friendly. I had booked on-line a standard double room. When I arrived the receptionist the standard double room is two single beds. And not a single double bed. We argued for over 20 minutes and would not change me to my request, unless I paid more. Not a good first impression to me. The instant over head...

"Good"

"Are you aware of any communication with this hotel? As you might know they are not in communication with Expedia! That's why my payed reservation was not received by the hotel. I had to pay again!!! Can you refund me? "

"Apart from the fact that the residence is located in a suburban area, and quite risky, the hotel in itself, the staffs and the room is really nice. The kitchen in the room is perfect! Really enjoyed my stay there!"

"Accommodations were very modest but clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food at restaurant was good. If arriving between 10pm-7am, recommend contacting to plan accordingly."
