Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). The check in process was so easy and we got there early but they still let us have access to our room without an additional charge (rare in this day and age!). The staff were so accommodating, I had hurt my ankle a few days prior and required icing which they were only too willing to make a temporary ice bag for me.
