"Amazing overnight accommodation with a super comfortable Ling sized bedroom suite followed by homemade, from scratch, tasty breakfast food on the weekend mornings. The room was clean, and had all the amenities a night away from home could ever need. The Inn was decorated eloquently and the owners went above and beyond to make themselves known, available and you could feel the southern hospitality flowing through every room. The local shops, restaurants, and bars we visited all came through...

"The room was clean, but very dated and worn. They advertise a pool, which is outdoors, and is not in service as it is filled with a green mossy mess. On the upside, I had the place nearly to myself, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from the property, but you can definitely hear the nearby speedway in the room. I did have a strong smell of smoke from an adjoining room one day during my stay. The staff was pleasant."

"advertised pool. there was none. bedside light shorted out. Employee was blowing leaves in parking lot at 7 AM and the debris was stuck to my car not alone waking me. i Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Had to go to first. During breakfast asked if the TV could be turned on. Was told no.For 94$ this was a terrible deal. thought Comfort Suites was reputable"

"This was a great value. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was spacious and was in a great location right off of Interstate 77. Breakfast was fine; nothing fancy. One of the outlets wasn’t working. "

"Good location to stop while traveling. Wanted to see Lake Norman. Good locate to see lake area and fun restaurant at the hotel. Not fancy but great for travelers."

"We checked in late and found stains on the toilet. When we got off the elevator on the third floor, the hallway smelled like smoke even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free facility. The pool wasn’t working, the breakfast was very poor, and the property overall feels very run down. This was my first time staying at a La Quinta, and based on this experience, I likely wouldn’t stay at any La Quinta property again."

"Dead bug on the bedspread. Only orange juice and milk as well as coffee available for "breakfast", not even water. Some cold cereal and a bit of fruit. Since this hotel has a no refund policy, we didn't have much choice as to staying there. Our room was under the stairs that led to the second floor and so was dark and didn't feel very safe. Would not recommend."

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
