"The Chelsea hotel is extremely close to the train station, taxi rank and Asda supermarket so it's in a very convenient location. The cost of onstreet local parking and overnight charges are steep . Remember to check otherwise its an expensive ticket. Several cars next to me got fined for a £1charge .

Newport is a lively town and still full of pubs and shops for a good look round. More cars than i remember as most places are nowadays but on the whole stil holds its charm and access to whole island
