"Amazing value given the history of the building and the location cannot be better for downtown Luton. Great to have facilities like tea and coffee, and breakfast was from a small but essential selection. Room were nice, using a fan rather than air conditioning. Which was ok."

As a shopping venue it's lost a lot of independent shops and has migrated to charity shops, hairdressers and tattoo parlours. There's two supermarkets and a decent butcher. Lately, it has attracted some good eating restaurants.
