"Way overrated...location is all it has going for it. Embassy Suites is better for a full service stay. They put us, who booked through Expedia, in a second floor room overlooking the parking lot lol...possibly the worst room they have, when it wasn't even crowded lol. When we went to check out they said the "system is down" and couldn't correctly check us out. A 3 star resort at best. Don't expect a 5 star experience."

"Great place, clean facilities, and an excellent breakfast. The kitchen staff, especially Marisol and Stanley, are amazing. They are always willing to serve you better, help with anything you need, and make the experience more enjoyable. They even joined us with professional soccer comments while the World Cup was playing, which made breakfast even more fun. Very nice and kind staff. Great job, HR!"

"This hotel is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Very beautiful decor (my favorite color is purple so I may be a little bias) the details were well thought out. The landscape was beautiful and peaceful. Right outside the door they have a big pitcher of cucumber and lemon water. That's the moment they stole my heart!
