"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"Fantastic hotel! Our room (224) was wonderful. It felt like a mini apartment! The balcony was adorable. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept on. The pillows were excellent. The room was clean. The deep soaker tub was the perfect way to end a long day of flights and travel. 10/10 recommend!"

"Overall, the motel staff was welcoming and friendly (shoutout to Karen, Kevin, and Adi). The food selection for the breakfast was limited. Unfortunately, although we had plans to kayak, we were not informed that we needed to be there 15 mins ahead of time and missed the timing. The e-bike experience was also fun and the staff were helpful with our first time riding the e-bikes with the instructions and directions to the Galloping Goose trails. Thank you!"

Some investment into freshening up the look of the property could prove helpful for return visits. "My mom and I had a 3 night stay at the Day's Inn and it was great. The grounds are well kept and ALL of the staff that we interacted with were great. So helpful and polite. We had a minor issue on the 1st night of the bathroom fan leaking a decent amount after a shower. Staff were incredibly helpful and assisted in us changing rooms.
