"This place was very nice, and we really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were very large, the beds were cozy, and it was definitely a more luxurious experience than your average hotel."

"The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool being open 24/7 to guests was also great. The beds were comfy. The sofa beds not so much. Room and bathrooms were clean. Not much to complain about."

"Overall it was a bed to sleep in. That’s the best I could say. The holder for the shampoo and conditioner kept dropping the bottles on me when in the shower. The shower head was “okay”. The doors creek and the bathroom door didn’t fit. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t well stocked. The gravy for the biscuits was oily and crusty. Overall I wasn’t impressed, my expectations were low but I didn’t think I lowered the bar that far."

"We got what we needed out of our stay there was a few things that could have been better, but in all it was a okay stay."

"Apparently the fridge in the room wasn’t working because in the morning the food we had put in there was spoiled. I attempted to contact on 3 separate occasions explaining the issue. Two times the manager wasn’t in and I was told to call back (mind you, the manager should have called me back, not expect me to call). The third time I was placed on hold for the manager for FIFTEEN minutes, and then the call was ended. I am done wasting my time trying to call again to get some sort of compensation...

"While the property offers good road access, it feels somewhat old and outdated. Our overall stay was acceptable, featuring clean rooms and a good breakfast, though it seemed a bit overpriced. However, we encountered a significant concern when the room initially assigned to us turned out to be already occupied, a shocking mistake for a brand of this caliber. Although the reason for the mix-up remains unclear, the staff fortunately resolved the issue promptly by providing us with a different room."
