Hotel Mesra LGBT di Newhaven

"My son loved that there was Disney plus as a bonus. However our shower didn't work and I had to ask to use the one next door. 3x a member of staff came to try it, the last time we were in bed and no it still wasn't working. No compensation of any kind was offered, not even a free dessert after we had paid for dinner. Bathroom was a bit grubby and there was just a piece of foam under the sheet and no mattress protector. "Great location (2 minute walk from train, taxi area). Short walk to beach. Near many restaurants. Great staff. Nice lobby. Good breakfast. Clean room and OK size. Just one thing was a bit odd, which was the bathroom, which seemed added to the room later, not part of it. It was clean and decent, but seemed like an RV bathroom somehow. Anyway, not a huge deal, it just keep me from giving the place 5 stars orherwise."

"Parfait"

"Location great. The staff were excellent. The room was good and spacious. Nice bar but limited wine and beer! (didn't like any of the lagers, UK brewed despite coming from Spain etc) Loved the breakfast and the atmosphere. I can'r remember the guy's name who welcomed us and took us to our table but he was excellent, upbeat and amusing even early in the morning."

"Very quiet"

"Great location and a cracking breakfast!"

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."
