"The staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel and rooms were clean, the carpet and floor tiles were worn and threadbare. The location was great, lots of cafes, restaurants, stores very close by. Would stay there again."

Accommodations were comfy, clean & well-appointed; our room was spacious & laid out nicely for travellers. Breakfast was perfect with lots of healthful options! Our host was wonderful with interesting stories, helpful suggestions & a high degree of professionalism! Our stay at the Balmoral made our first visit to St. John’s a highly memorable experience!
