"The place is clean, quiet with excellent location, although the safe was locked and we didn’t manage to have it opened even though we asked the staff to open it. We spent 2 nights there, the room nor the washroom was cleaned or maintained"

"Great hotel but NO parking which has to be said is a big minus point. I parked at Riverside Parking on recommendation of hotel but you have to pay using Ringo App but as far as I could see you cannot pay for 24 hours as your parking slot ends at 23.59 on the day. How you pay for more ‘god only knows?’ Not user friendly. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good although aircon seemed to go off around 10pm? Definitely got warmer then."

"Nice sized room but a long walk from reception up and down stairs. Bathroom showing obvious signs of age. Staff were all lovely and health club fun. Overall we had a good stay and will return."
