Unfortunately you are in do not rent list in all the hotels in Newberg. earlier behaviors by you and your family members have forced the hotel managements to take this unfortunate action. When you called our hotel on your asking this was informed to you over the phone and you did not even entered the parking lot of our property.forget about staying. I am attaching a review from another guest who stayed in the same room on the next night with is family."Very good value for the cost. Large, clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff. Shower/tub drains very slow, bath floor tile cracked, only one packet of regular coffee. Overall, happy with our stay. "We discourage the guests from placing the garbage cans outside the door, as ours is not a full service hotels. Leaving the garbage can outside looks bad in the eye of other guests. Dear Carol,The shampoo and conditioner used are Paul Mitchell brand one of the famous brands used by hotel industry. They are the approved brands by all five star hotels in the USA.You and your family stayed in 226 and 227 and we did not find any cracks in any of the tubs. We asked our young front desk and look and they even took pictures. We did not find any cracks. However we are sorry if you due to your age found any cracks.
