The staff unlawfully terminated my stay because of low rates for double and refusal for policy regarding the responsibility of the guest to return cart to downstairs instead of the side of the hallway. Because, I complained the facility is infested with roaches and poor maintenance of the facilities, l was asked to leave on Sunday instead of Monday, July 15, 2025. The Expedia due diligently put me in Double Tree by Hilton Newark PENN . I recorded the previous stay and showed the front desk to copy the video. He refused instead he asked me to contact the manager in the morning that they are aware of the issues on the picture. That the manager does want to inform about the hotel maintenance issue. I left my telephone number this afternoon to have the manager reached out to me. I am disabled and was inconvenient with pain to repackage my items. All the work I had been working on has to stop because, I was confused and didn’t know how to proceed until I contacted the Expedia. They assured me that the will find another hotel for me. They also contacted the hotel. I can’t thank the Expedia staff for quick response and ensure that I be relocated to another hotel. I got the best . I intend to consult with an attorney for next action that is available to me. I was sleeping when the hotel staff arrived knocking on my door. I opened the door only to be advised that it is my responsibility to return the cart downstairs. In fact,I found the cart outside the building. I. requested policy.
